Blog and story writer at Stashed
We’re looking for an experienced writer who happens to love sneakers to help us communicate more release info to our audience by writing captivating and engaging stories.
You'll be helping us write and publish blog posts, emails and possibly more on a consistent basis for the most hyped upcoming European sneaker and streetwear launches.
We aim to provide more in-depth release info with our audience instead of being limited to the short attention span of 2 or 3 sentences on our social media feed. Your goal will be to inform our audience and to attract new visitors with our exclusive and valuable info wrapped in an easy to read story that highlights how Stashed helps you get ‘em without the frustration of missing out, being just too late and having to pay much higher resell prices.
Your responsibility will be to create a consistent flow of blog posts, emails, and possibly more soon, that gets people to return time after time and thereby grow the Stashed community. We’re known for being the most reliable, trustworthy and to-go-to EU/UK sneaker page so providing exclusive insights not found elsewhere will be key for every story you write.
Tasks
- You’ll be writing engaging, insightful and valuable blog posts on the latest and most hyped EU/UK sneaker and streetwear releases by using our and your own sources while including how Stashed helps you get these releases for retail.
- You’ll be writing and sending multiple emails every week with updates on EU/UK launches, membership updates, market updates and everything else surrounding Stashed and the European sneaker world.
- You’ll be working together with the Stashed team to communicate the content, graphics and ideas that match our schedule and planning.
Requirements
- You’re familiar/experienced with SEO
- You have original and creative writing skills
- You’re been into sneakers for at least the last 3 years and are on top of all the upcoming hyped streetwear and sneaker releases by using our and your own sources
- You have a deep understanding of the service Stashed provides and why people follow us
- You have a degree/background in communication/marketing/writing
- You are a creative and open minded person
- You have good communication speaking and (english) writing skills
- You are available during the day and are able to respond quickly to release updates and/or changes
- You are organized, proactive and take responsibility when needed
- You have a basic understanding of our tech stack: Trello, Miro, Discord, Google Drive, Notion

Salary and compensation 💶
Starting at €25 per hour. This depends on your experience and skills.
